    Recently, the demand for human resource on culinary art and technique increases rapidly so that Culinary and Nutrition Education is considered as one of the top 3 most promising major for employment. Founded in 1997, Culinary and Nutrition Education program is one of the key majors that receive special supports in Huangshan University and also the first culinary art major in Anhui Province.

    Culinary and Nutrition Education aims to train students to be senior professional talents who have good command of basic theories, cooking techniques and skills, and science of nutrition. They can be qualified for college teachers, catering business managers, head chefs.

 

Main Courses:

Cooking Materials; Nutrition; Pastry Technology; Cooking Technology; Western Culinary Art; Chinese Cuisines; Modern Kitchen Management, Etc.
